คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

BS / MS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or other related subjects.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Application Support, and Hardware Management Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Must understand the principles and practice of client care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
Driven, enthusiastic, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task; Literacy, for writing reports and presentations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Creativity, imaginative and the ability to use initiative.
Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs. Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT operations in changing and dynamic environments.
Excellent service management planning and execution skills.
Experience in budget planning and financial management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiar with Office 365 (SharePoint / OneDrive / Team) would be an advantage Basic accounting knowledge an advantage.

รายละเอียดงาน

IT Management:
Establish the company?s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company?s technological development.
Direct the company?s IT strategic direction, development, and future growth, aligned to Group

IT strategies.
Works with department heads as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
Supervise, guide, upskill and manage local IT staff to ensure good quality IT service management
IT Business analytics:
Collecting, Identifying and Documenting business needs across business functions or processes.
Define and document business problems.
Determining and finding information technology solutions to business problems.

IT Operation:
Design and configure network systems (Firewalls, WiFi and Switches).
Administer and monitoring local servers & systems Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Database Management, Database Security, CRM.
Procurement and vendor management.
Assist to support users across the business and other project sites.
Setup, manage, maintain computers and handle troubleshoot.
Maintain telephone systems, printers, fax machines.
Assist technically supporting user for their IT solutions within the business.

IT Project Management:
Good knowledge of project management and application development.
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products to support all business lines.
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
